InvestorKit, an award-winning buyers' agent, wanted to capitalise on the current success in the market and further showcase its brand.
The challenge
InvestorKit wanted to position their agency as the buyers' agent for those who don’t know where to start when looking to invest in property. Additionally, InvestorKit wanted to create a new way to generate leads.
The solution
To position InvestorKit as an industry leader who can help those who want to explore property investment, we started by designing a survey that gave us insight into the current mindset of this target audience. The goal was to uncover why investors choose to (or choose not to) use a buyer's agent to uncover and dispel myths or misconceptions.
After this, we analysed the results and presented them to the client before creating a public-facing report to boost InvestorKit’s position and awareness. We also were able to further their goals of lead generation, by capturing audience details via opt-in choices in the survey and from report downloads.
The report showed that investors who buy property via buyer's agents have more success through a range of measures, including ease of use, performance, and satisfaction with property purchases.
Results
Thanks to our work, InvestorKit could position itself as the buyers’ agent of choice. They could alleviate the hesitance of engaging with a buyer's agent and demonstrate the pros of working with a professional business. And they highlighted their unique benefit of being able to help clients design a wealth-building strategy beyond just buying one house, but looking at the future of their clients and building a multiple property portfolio. Additionally, thanks to the work, InvestorKit had a wealth of new leads to contact to build their business.
