After that, the specific steps may vary, depending on client needs—we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach, as we know no two clients are the same.
All projects have their own timelines with unique durations. How long a project will run depends on scope, specificity, output, adjustments, and review stages. Our bespoke programs typically take between six to eight weeks to complete.
We validate our respondent's survey responses through a number of quality assurance measures on their first time completing a survey with us. Our team will review their personal and business information against public datasets and websites to ensure accuracy.
Each survey is different and may have different incentives for respondents. Some are financial incentives, and in other cases, respondents are motivated because they earnestly want to share their feedback. In cases like Broker Pulse, respondents are also incentivised by the fact that respondents can access the final report so they can see how their experiences compare to their peers.
