The Australian mortgage market continues to face significant pressure from persistent cost-of-living stress, rising mortgage repayments and evolving borrower expectations. In this environment, access to advice, choice and transparency becomes critical for Australian households with one of their most important financial decisions.

- 1 in 3 consumers said they were more likely to use a mortgage broker after learning about the Best Interests Duty
